Women In Touch
Women in Touch a 501(c) organization was founded in 2000, guiding principles are respect, Integrity and excellence. Our mission statement is to help bring wholeness and soundness to hurting women and children, while developing character and building healthy relationships.
Founder
Cynthia Moore, a native Detroiter, mother, grandmother, comedian, story teller, manager, artist coordinator, vocalist,
entrepreneur, song writer and community activist is a prominent figure in the community. She was diagnosed in 1984 with
glaucoma which led her to become legally blind.
She attended Detroit Business Institute, and is a member of many distinguish organizations such as; Detroit parent network, Drug Free Detroit, and Black Storyteller’s Association, she is a partner with other non-profit organizations such as Lift which is a women’s resource center, Don Bosco’s which is a recreational resource center, and Home and Community Support Services (HCSS) which service the homeless community.

Girl Majestic is a mentoring program based in the city of Detroit for girls ages 7-17
At Girl Majestic our mission is to encourage and empower young women to take the steps necessary to achieve success. Through our workshops, resources and guidance we inspire girls to live a life of fearlessness and excellence. We understand the importance of working together for the better of our youth.
